Solty Rei is an anime series about a city that's plagued by
a strange "aura" blanketing the city and causing several strange
things to occur.  Many people have been severely damaged by it
and as a result have been extensively altered or enhanced with
high-tech machinery to survive.

It's no surprise then that prosthetic skin and masks are
quite possible, as this man finds out about his driver.
