Static Shock is about a kid in the city who gets super-powers during a city-wide
chemical accident.  Others in the city get powers too, but he uses his for good.

Created by DC, there are often cross-over episodes with characters from other
DC shows, like Superman and Batman.  In this episode, Superman (seen here
as mild mannered Clark Kent) has given Darcy, a sentient robot created by
the Toyman, a chance at a normal life as a highschool teacher.
