Eko to Issho

This is a very unusual manga about a guy who gets a new cell phone.
To his amazement...it looks and appears to be a girl, rather than a phone!
(One of those magical girl stories, so common in manga.)

An inventor finds out about her and kidnaps/steals her
in an effort to study her and find out how she works.
I guess she uses a "method acting" technique of engineering.
