The Warwolves are sent from another dimension to bring back The Phoenix!
These metallic looking dogs with attitude psychically drain people, leaving only
their skins. They then wear the skins to sneak around! (Icky, but cool!)

In the first issue, #0, Kitty Pride (Shadowcat) has a dream about being on a movie
set with the X-Men. When she tries to leave, Warwolves stretch out of the X-Men's
skins! (A Rogue or Dazzler suit would be plenty 'o fun!)
In Issue #1, the Warwolves come to Earth to bring back The Phoenix, who has escaped
from their dimension. The first page shows a warwolf creating a skin from a hapless
policeman. By the second page seen here, Kitty has dressed up as Phoenix, and has
gone wandering around London in hopes of flushing out the Warwolves. It Works!
Unfortunately, her phasing power does not work, so the Warwolves try to make a skin
out of her! In the third page, we see the warwolves tying the skins around their necks
like sweaters so they can run through the subways faster!
I Issue #2, the Warwolves take Kitty on a wild ride through London's subway!
The second page here shows the warwolves in their temporary lair. One fusses at the
others for leaving their skins lying about! In page three, one of the wolves tries to drain
Kitty, so he'll have something to wear! Something goes wrong, and for some reason
there's no skin, just the costume! On page four, the wolf decides to wear the costume
since for some unknown reason his shape is changing to match Kitty's! On Page five,
the Warwolve have had a bit of a tussle, and the one wearing the woman's skin, has
gotten her suit ripped! (I'd be pissed too!) In the final scene, we see Kitty climbing
out of the Warwolf that tried to drain her! Apparently her phasing ability kept her
from being drained. Instead, she was absorbed and eventually the warwolf became
a skinsuit!
