Jimmy Olsen - Superman's Pal #111

This is a really goofy story about Jimmy Olsen, the cross-dressing photographer
from the Daily Planet.
He disguises himself as Robin, Batman's sidekick, and investigates a gang on his own.
The gang ends up kidnapping him, and is later revealed to be several high-end city
officials and Clark Kent (Superman),  pulling a stupid prank on him.
Like they have nothing better to do?
