Possible Masking Technologies

Realdoll by Abyss Creations: These are probably the most well known dolls. The first to
come onto the market, these dolls opened up an entirely new market that has taken
off in the last few years. They are known for their extremely realistic and physically
            accurate appearance.

Superbabe: This is the hottest new doll in town. Not as photogenically accurate as the
Realdoll, but apparently more durable. Plus the owner has been very open to discussing
ideas with doll fans in the discussion groups. He's also more prolific in trying new ideas
for the dolls, like animatronics, inflatable breast, etc, and has been eager to show
            the results from his experiments.

Perfect Eve: This is the latest product from Japan, and I'm impressed. Apart from
the oversized anime-style eyes, it looks more lifelike than the other products from
Japan. Also with its more realistic skeletal system, the flesh covering is even more
like something that could be used for creating a great body-suit.
Check out this great site for a technical study that's being done on one of the dolls.
There are several images of the doll being dismantled for study. Along with the skin
             covering being peeled back!

Andy Doll: This is a fairly new doll from Germany that boasts several animatronic features.
They seem to be going for more of an android that provides motion to increase the
              realistic qualities of the doll.

Photogenic Doll: This is a beautifully crafted doll that has been seen online for some time,
but has only recently become available for sale. The main drawback with this doll is the
size. It is designed at about 80% normal size, so it tends to have a rather childlike
appearance. Natori, the creator has also been open to attempting new ideas, like the
new doll with openings inside for hiding animatronic equipment.

Rare-borg: This doll comes from Japan and comes in a few different models. Unfortunately,
I don't have too much info, due simply to a lack of translation. Their site does not have
an English counterpart, and I don't believe they're permitted to sell overseas.

There are a few others beginning to develope, but little is known about them at this point.
